AcornOps turns repeated findings from Kubernetes and VM snapshots into durable issues. An issue keeps the latest severity and lifecycle state together with the observations that support it, so a transient finding is not confused with an ongoing incident.

Find issues that need attention

The workspace overview highlights critical and warning issues. The Kubernetes and Virtual Machines inventories also include issue-aware status, so targets that need attention rise above healthy targets. Open a target to review its issues. Each issue includes:
  • severity: critical, warning, or info,
  • lifecycle state: active, recovering, or resolved,
  • the affected scope or object,
  • first-seen and last-seen times,
  • occurrence history and supporting observations,
  • related Workflow activity when automation has handled the issue.
An issue can resolve after clean target snapshots and reopen if the same condition returns. The history remains attached to the issue.

Investigate an issue

  1. Open the issue from the workspace overview or target page.
  2. Review its current state, latest observation, affected object, and prior occurrences.
  3. Check related Workflow activity before starting duplicate work.
  4. Choose the available investigation action to open or start a target-scoped run.
  5. Start in read-only mode unless a change is required.
  6. Review the gathered evidence and keep follow-up questions in the same conversation.
If automation is already running, the issue shows the most relevant execution and links to the exact run or the filtered Activity ledger. A run waiting for approval or review takes priority over starting another investigation. Historical issue-triggered executions remain visible as historical Activity. Issues are derived from target observations. They are operational signals, not proof that every affected workload is unavailable. Review the supporting evidence before acting.
